PRESSED METAL REG PLATE

the pressed steel reg plate is ordered and paid for, the T shirt goes back a few years now, when Benny built 57 for the bobber build off, he said i aint a proper biker coz i don't have tattoos and i don't have long hair so i must be an urban surfer, to be honest i dont have any hair never mind long hair, ha ha

sam is my 16yr old godson and is well into the bikes, he came over to benny's with me and made me a headlight mount and fitted said headlight, he also measured the front wheel spacers and cut them and fitted them, this is his first time in a proper workshop with big boy's tools, i think he did a fucking ace job, well done sunshine, if i wasn't so tight i'd pay you

went over to barnsley shauns today to put the engine and rear wheel in to the frame i bought off him, i think its looking rather dapper, big thanks to shaun for his superb welding skills, i owe you a beer at the T party! !

done deal, 48 mm of pure power and polished to a beautiful lustre, this will be the fire starter for the urban surfer, this baby wont be saving any rain forests soon and will burn a fucking deep hole in my kids inheritance with its consumption of gasoline, however, she will propel the urban sufer in fine style  I am looking to gain a few ponies with this baby, it cost a small fortune to buy so there will be even less in the pot for the kids when I'm gone, fingers crossed I hope to start work on this project very soon.

The Black Douglas Motorcycle Co.

So the little prototype bike I built is now to it's way to Italy where Fabio and Fabrizio will  be building these bikes to order and  the bikes will be available as a production motorcycle. This model is called 'Sunday Morning' and will be available in both Milan and the U.K. If you want to have a close look at this bike it will be on show at the Verona Bike Expo for the 20-22nd of Jan along with two other models they have been working on. The website is still under construction but there will be more info about the bikes going up soon.
